Helen Owens, O.S.F., RN, MSN, D.Min

A Franciscan Sister of Allegany NY, Helen is a wellness educator and Certified Nurse Coach. She served for over 25 years as Vice President of Mission at Lourdes Health System. Prior to that, her extensive ministry there includes developing The Bridge, begun as an Adolescent Positive Lifestyle program.  She designed and founded Lourdes Wellness Center, began the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies, and established Lourdes Integrative Family Medicine Practice. She currently utilizes her gifts as an Instructor through Lourdes Wellness Services, serves as a Board Member and is a retreat team member for Human Wholeness Retreats.
